MISSION STATEMENT
The primary mission of the media center is to stimulate, guide, and support the student in his/her quest for knowledge so that when the student enters society he/she will be able to manage the quest for knowledge on his/her own.

PURPOSE
Learning how to gather information is the fundamental purpose of the Sandwich High School Media Center.

GOALS
The media center will:

• Promote life-long learning and information literacy skills
• Maintain relevant and contemporary resources that support the curriculum of each department
• Provide opportunities to explore new technologies
• Promote literature appreciation
